Lost Time started out as an 6-track EP idea I had one Sunday in October 2017. It was something to distract me from something horrible going on in my life. I released the EP that month.

As life progressed, I kept coming back to Lost Time and wanted to do more with the concept, and I planned two more "parts" that would be 6-track EPs as well. I worked on this a lot, writing countless demos and ideas with no real direction, until I left it alone for a while, but every now and then I would open up the demos and chip away at it.

Eventually, I decided that I needed to finish everything, but I felt ike the original EP felt dated and didn't really compare to the new songs I'd made. So I decided to revisit all of it, and rework the whole concept into an 18-track album. This album.

The three part concept lives on in this album, split into 6 tracks in each part.

I'm immensely proud to finally release this album, over 2 years after starting the initial EP. It feels like the right time to release it, and the right time to bring Almost Anyone to a close. Since starting the project in early 2012, it's come a long way, but I've grown too, and it's finally time (ha!) to say goodbye to this project. Thank you to everyone who's followed, listened, shared, supported etc. Maybe it'll be back in the future, who knows.

But for now, I'll be releasing music under Popcore, and my other projects.

I hope you enjoy Lost Time.
